If you're having trouble signing in or accessing your account, email us with your registered email address and a description of the issue.
Delete Your Account
To request deletion of your account and all associated data, email us at maris@lyftcatch.com with the subject line "Delete My Account". We will process your request within 30 days.
Report a User
If you'd like to report a user for inappropriate behaviour, email us with the user's name and a description of the issue. We take all reports seriously.

We aim to respond to all support requests within 1–2 business days.
